General Upholstery Care
• Regularly shape and dress your cushions to maintain their original appearance.
• Reshape the armrests by pulling and smoothing the edges with one hand while gently patting with the other, working from the inside out.
• Plump and pat the backrest cushions with both hands to restore their fullness.
• Perform this reshaping process on new sofas right after unboxing to smooth out creases and redistribute filling that shifted during transit.
• After every use, stretch and level the seat covering by applying firm pressure.
• Smooth away any folds or creases by running your hands firmly over the seat surface.
Leather Care
• Dust regularly using a soft, dry white cloth or a vacuum with a small brush attachment, and clean with a soft, damp cloth to avoid dirt buildup.
• Remove water-soluble grease stains with a clean cloth dampened in diluted neutral soap solution, using a circular motion from the outside in, then dry immediately.
• Do not use harsh soaps, household detergents, oils, all-purpose cleaners, or unapproved solvents, as they may cause cracks and colour changes.
• Avoid sitting on the sofa after applying body creams, lotions, or oils, or when sweating profusely, to prevent chemical reactions that cause peeling or discolouration.
• Regularly use a suitable leather cleaner and conditioner following the label instructions.
• Keep your sofa at least 50cm away from heating sources, and avoid direct sunlight or intense indoor light to prevent damage.
Fabric Care
• Dust your sofa, including under the seat cushions, regularly using a soft, dry and white cloth or vacuum cleaner with a small brush attachment.
• Do not use hard brushes; they may damage the surface of the fabric and cause pilling.
• Maintain a distance of at least 50cm away between your sofa and heating sources, including radiators, hairdryers and irons.
• Avoid placing your sofa under direct sunlight or intense indoor light.
• Do not put coloured textiles (eg. denim) on your sofa as dye transfer may occur.
• To remove stains, apply recommended cleaners, following the instructions. Dab lightly with a soft sponge.
Frequently asked questions
Before placing your order, please measure both the space where you plan to place the furniture and the access route the furniture will need to take during delivery.
For larger furniture such as sofas, we strongly recommend measuring not only the intended placement area, but also all access points the product will need to pass through, including entrances, doorways, corridors, staircases and lifts.

Gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth or use a low-suction vacuum cleaner to remove dust and debris.
To help maintain the leather’s natural finish and protective coating, we recommend using dedicated leather care products, such as a leather conditioner or care essence, on a regular basis.
As leather is sensitive to moisture, avoid direct contact with water, beverages or other liquids. Do not expose the sofa to direct heat from hairdryers, heaters or other heat sources, as excessive heat may cause the leather to deform or become damaged.
Aniline leather, which undergoes minimal surface treatment, is particularly sensitive to direct sunlight. We recommend positioning your sofa away from prolonged exposure to sunlight or using curtains or blinds to help protect the leather.
We offer free delivery service to one local address if your total bill is above S$500 or a minimum fee of $80 for your purchase.

$20 per item per floor thereafter. Fees also apply to stairs within landed properties, apartments or HDB maisonettes.
FOC staircase charges does not apply to special staircases eg spiral type.
Additional charges will be quoted on case by case basis if delivery is deemed feasible by transport service provider.
Payable in cash to transport service provider before completion of delivery.
No staircase charges for handheld items such as pillows, small footstools and leather cleaning kit.

For our customised Made-To-Order sofas, it takes around 8 -10 weeks from your date of order.
Should your order consist of Furniture, we will select the later date so that you will only incur 1 delivery charge
(should your total purchase be less than S$500) or even free delivery as the deliveries are not split.
Should you wish to have your furniture delivered earlier, there will be a separate delivery charge for it, please refer to our Delivery Charges to find out more.
We require at least 3 working days to process your delivery request for on-hand stocks.
During peak periods, such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali and Christmas, we require at least 14 working days.
We request for your kind understanding that during these peak periods, deliveries are subject to our delivery schedules.
Most of our sofas come with various configuration options that can be configured to suit your living space,
with more than 17 leather and fabric options & more than 400 colour options too!
